Melissa was fantastic to deal with from start to finish! I was so hesitant buying a veil online but Melissa was there to answer my calls and respond to my emails (promptly too!) when my veil arrived I was again nervous, I opened the box and absolutely fell I love! The tulle was beautiful and soft. I expect the veil to be heavy but it defiantly isn’t. The metal comb is well secured and sits comfortable in my hair. The finishing touch was the personal card from Melissa which made everything more then a online order. A few weeks out from our wedding, my custom veil (from another milliner) turned into a disaster.Melissa saved the day! We made a late night, emergency run to her well set-up studio and had a wonderful experience trying a huge range of veils. She made me feel special and bridal on what had been an upsetting dat. I had previously hunted bridal stores all over Sydney and hers by far had the greatest range and value. She also offered great advice on style and length after looking at my dress.She personally delivered it to my door, with a handwritten letter wishing us well, after putting on some final touches.The veil is wonderful quality and I received so many compliments.Mostly, I love the moments it added to our special day. My sister/MOH carrying it like Pippa Middleton, Dad lifting the blusher and giving me away to my husband, my nephew/page boy carrying it back down the aisle (a memory he talks about often!) and the many photo pops (flying veils, kissing under the veil).Can’t recommend Melissa highly enough!
