4 months and our dream house double storey is done. Really happy and impressive communications, quality of work and customer service. Website updates of the project was very good n easy to follow through, happy with the consultant Chandra Deep on the initial planning stages, on going support by the customer relationship coordinator Ashlee Rose, and appreciate the hard work on site by the Site Supervisor Latif Sahin and his team. Overall extremely satisfied with this builder and happy to provide further references or recommendations for them.

Low quality build up and product used in construction after sharing review on product review received 1 call from simonds as part of formalities but no follow up. Lot of manufacturing fault which cant be fixed after construction and no response from simonds to fix as well (e.g tile in shower have to no proper slop to draning water quickly, water drip under kitchen sink, dozen of patches in internal wall which can easily visible while walking in house etc.)Lot of other faults which cant be pictured only one can feel while living in house.

The worst company we have ever dealt with. They make these amazing promises to get you to sign up, and as soon as you do, they do not care at all. AVOID this company.Our house has taken 12 months and it is still not complete. For 2 months the house just sat there while the site supervisor Adrian did barely anything and went on holiday for 5 weeks. They do not care at all about the customer. Rather go to a builder who is medium sized and will communicate and take care of the biggest investment of your life. So sick of them already, just want this house to be done.Edit: to add to our attrocious experience, we had water bills of $1200 of water usage during our build. We kept telling them there is a leak, but were ignored. My water bills show extremely high usage prior to handover, and finally the leak came to the surface in December. In Jan they got back to us and are refusing to fix the leak. For us to fix it, it will cost 10k minimum plus all the high water usage. We have begun legal proceedings against them as we are getting nowhere dealing with them and they have tried to trick us to get out of it by claimjnh to misread the water bill.

Recently built a house at Simonds Homes. no problem. From sales (Joanne), Customer Coordinator( Danny)to site supervisor Matt , they all provided a lot of help.

My journey with Simonds has been mostly positive. Professional and timely responses to any of my concerns. The house was completed and revised accordingly. All correspondence and communications with my CRC and Supervisors have been constructive and effective. A great gift at handover. My family are happy customers indeed. Keep up the quality work Simonds.

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service!!! Awful place to sign a contract with. As a first home buyer you’d expect a helping hand but we’ve been constantly ignored throughout the entire process of our build from start to finish. SIMONDS don’t give you a manger to work with and don’t respond to your cry for help, they ghost your calls but demand payment. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Absolute rubbish of a builder! Won’t respond to warranty repairs. After service is a disgrace. They are happy to take your money and run.

Maintenance department process is very slow. Firstly they will not pick call. Secondly their technician will give long wait time though it is an urgent issue. I have having gas leakage issue at my house and they are giving two weeks of window to send a technician.

They started the build of my house 15months ago and have not completed as yet.There are huge delays in construction or repair work which is identified in private inspections. Build with them if you have extensive patience to deal with average workmanship and huge delays in construction.
