I have been coming here for years and will always return. The best and longest lasting manicures, pedicures and SNS I’ve ever had. Tracey and her team are friendly and their tools and salon overall is always clean.

I visited Glamourous Nails on SAt 13th October for the first and I have to say the last time. Firstly the positives The lady that did my Pedicure was very good and did a great job. Likewise the Lady who dis my refill shelack was also very good and did a great job. Now the negatives: Their equipment was filthy covered in dust and grime. The electric files were in a dirty dish not even soaked in disinfectant. I found this part disgusting. finally when it came to pay I was charged $40.00 for my refill instead of $35.00 which it should have been. When I queried it the Man told me that they charge $5.00 for removing the colourThis was not on their price list., and i would like to know how you do a refill without removing the colour. Never again!

I honestly don’t think this needs an explanation this is the photo I showed and this is the nails I left the store with. It’s atrocious what they’ve done to me, I was charged $70 for what looks like A job I’ve done by myself in the dark. Do not go here there are plenty better places to go do not waste your money. Xx

I have been coming here for a few years on and off and to say the last few times were disappointing is an understatement. I was cut multiple times today and not a single one of my nails was straight. The staff are rude and rough. You never get the length you ask for, they are either way too long or too short. And they let you leave with wet nails which just leads to disaster. I was too afraid to speak up because the staff were already rough enough without the criticism. The wait times are ridiculous too, if you don’t have time just be honest with your customers. The interesting thing about this is the owner was who did my nails. safe to say i won’t be back.

nails were done nicely but i got charged $68.50 for coloured french tips! i already know nails should not be that much for what i got done. on there website it says $50 for SNS nails so i got that and i asked for a small love heart on one of the nails, i wouldn’t mind paying $3 extra but 18.50 more for a love heart? horrible

A friend and I took our daughters for a treat. We booked for four “cut & polish” and came back an hour later at our designated time. Only two people did nails while the other two sat waiting. They finally had one extra person turn up just as mine was ending. We were all given a manicure - $20 as opposed to the $12 treatment we repeatedly requested. Everyone’s nails had started chipping by the next morning, and I’ve since had two nails where the whole polish has peeled off in one sheet!! Super shoddy service and quality, we’ll never go back.

I have been to this nail salon maybe half a dozen times and each experience has been terrible. I keep going to support the local business industry but I’ve had enough. Twice I have been where there is dirt or fluff in the shellac and the women won’t fix it. They just ignore you either due to the language barrier or because they don’t want to deal with it. It’s slow, long waits and sub service. Three times the same thing has happened; I go in with my daughter and ask for manicures and pedicures and others who walk in after us were served first. I sat there for 90 minutes for a manicure before they even started on my daughter. This time, 45 minutes passed before she was even dealt with until I cracked it as three women were served immediately who walked in half hour after us! I have spent hundreds on manicures and pedicures, shellac and SNS but I will NEVER support this business again. They are dismissive, rude and charged $40 for a 9 year old to have a pedicure that took over 90 minutes! Absolutely disgraceful. Don’t waste your time. Our community deserves better business practice than this.
