Fantastic, professional and friendly service from Jeff (P13). He arrives quicker than expected and took me through everything that I needed to know about the issues with my car. There was no fuss and no stepping around the issues. Exceptional man.

Useless mechanics, takes a booking, then waits 2 days to cancel it because someone else has worked on it. How pathetic. Clearly not used to actual mechanics work, only taking the easy service jobs. Not a good sign if they come across something that needs doing in a service - zero experience with anything other than changing oil. Couldn't give less than 1 star.

Allan was excellent with exceptionally good customer service. He clearly explained everything that he was recommending to do to the car and why it needed to be done and how much each item would cost in an easily understood, professional friendly manner. I used their service few times for brake pads. First they was ok. Than i booked them for coolant leakage and car getting heat. The mechanic name dhruv came . He didnt do anything and told u need to take car to garage and was saying if u want to fix it go to this garage and he will fix there. Why can’t dhruv fix the car on the site . So i made complain and the area manager ask to book again but i was not happy so didn’t. Than again after few days i call for quote for disc rotors replacement and they told they replace brake pads and rotors together only. I told brake pads are replaced just few hours before than why i need to replace both and the guy told its company policy. I asked him the question that i booked u guys before few months to replace brake pads than why ur guy only replaced the brake pads and not the rotors. And he has no answer. He was very rude as well. Customer service don’t have enough knowledge. He even quoted me very high price which i compare online on their website was very cheaper. But i think he don’t want to book me for the job so gave me high price. Very very bad service from Lube team.

Both my Toyota's are serviced and repaired if needed by lube mobile.Hi Ace and v6 utility and standard of service is excellent.Mechanics always thorough and approachable to any questions.

Excellent service by Matt the friendly and experienced mechanic. The wait time was between 12-2. He arrived at 11:50 now that is service. Identified the problem. My heater was not working. Fixed the issue. Had to drive to Holden to get a part. All done in a matter of a few hours and all the while I was at work. Will definitely choose to have all my cars serviced with Lube Mobile and Matt. Thanks Matt

Two visits (separate engine issues) in two weeks or so and I have nothing to complain about. Moshi was assigned to handle the first issue I booked for and he conducted his task professionally and efficiently. I valued his attitude so much I requested him for the second visit not long after. Top bloke. Lube Mobile to the rescue!

Terrible, horrible, absolute waste of time.Left me stranded because I had a front bumper removed and the work they were booked was on the rear end. Excuse oh your 'working on the car at the moment' to get out of doing the job.Then when talking with a manger instead of working with me berated me and said well if you can do the job why call us and similar words to the effect.I feel they are cowboys looking for easy prey and money. Will definitely not recommend and will spread the word of these practices.

Ali (P13) from Cranbourne came to service my Nissan Elgrand today in Narre Warren South. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and completed the job quickly. He was friendly and genuine and I would happily recommend Ali to anyone who needs a fantastic mechanic.
