The worst one ! They don’ t deliver anything, i hate that one . I have to change my address to my friend s address , would not recommend

You will be waiting atleast 10 minutes for the staff to perform a 1 minute task. The poor woman who works here is either severely undertrained or needs an assistant. Can never find your parcel, understand how to spell your name or do anything easily or simply . Aus post surely can step in to help - it is like this every single time you go.

Cannot find my parcel. And disorganised. Please report this business to authority as many people have lost their parcel with them.

Horrible service, lady does not locate parcels and tells you to come back, even after providing them with as much details as possible and helping them out by giving them a bar code. Lazy to look and was rude and unapologetic after I had asked to check again only to find that the parcel was there. This has happened twice now.

When I went into the store to pick up my parcel, two others in line behind me complained they also had subpar service, so I'm extremely surprised there aren't more reviews for this post office. I've had packages delivered so many times, but the store is so disorganised that she can't find them the day of, forcing me to keep returning. (I know it’s been delivered, I even give it an extra day after the app tells me it’s in her store) I'm so disappointed. It's difficult to be understanding when this has happened at least five times this year. I pray I never have to enter this post office again! FYI, if a parcel can't be delivered to your home address, you can now specify which post office it will go to! Avoid this post office if you can!

Very poor service. I had an parcel here and when I come to collect here, A lady told me to come after some hours. This is not how you provide Customer service.

The worst post office I have dealt with, EVER. I had a parcel sent here and I had to follow them up every day for 3 days. We were told the same thing everyday, they couldn't find the parcel and to leave our details EACH DAY. The parcel is still lost and we had to escalate the matter with AusPost. Would NOT recommend.

Worst post office ever. Been standing here for 20 minutes. My package is lost. It has been delivered here and it is lost inside the post office. The operator didn't bother looking properly and handed me a complaint form right away as I was obviously not happy with her explanation. After 30 minutes of standing there calling every delivery driver and AuPost directly, I asked her one last time to go and check for my package. She found it this time. Makes me wonder why she couldn't find it the first two times, is it because it is the messiest post office in Australia or else?

Worst Post Office I've ever been to! I've had parcels, including a passport, go missing from here which is not surprising given the completely chaotic state of the place. Shocking service. Have had two parcels delivered to this LPO, first one went missing and a staff member called me days later to tell me it had magically been located.
