I'm very big on customer service and Adam rates number one on my list, we thought there was no hope at the not at fault accident as we hadn't heard from the other party but one phone call to state claims changed everything. Adam was very helpful and the car was picked up promptly, not only that we got a hire car for the whole time. The car was fixed to it's original condition or even better! Thanks state claims , glad we found you on Google!Give them a call when your insurance company proves hopeless!

At Jan 2020, someone crashed to back my car. I had been waiting for 2 months from other party to1 GET MY CAR FIX ! But Lucky I got introduced to Adam, then It was started by 1 phone call, Adam is well organise the pick up and prepared a spare car for me & my family to use. The workers are so polite and professional, work on details and on time. They fixed my car within a week, the job was amazing! Highly recommended to everyone ! Couldn't describe how glad I am that I found them for help. Adam and his team has been really helpful and they are really professional.Having to deal with all the issues that you are not at fault is not a enjoyable experience but luckily they helped me to unload quite a lot strees and saved a lot of time.If anyone needs help, those guys are the one you should be talking to and don't need to hesitate.

I was in a three-car accident (no fault of mine) and had never heard of State Claims until Adam contacted me.
