Atmosphere Events

Have been trying to get in touch with this company for over a month to get prices on their hire items. I was told that they are updating their website and re-doing their inventory catalogue, and to send through photos of items I liked from their online gallery. I did what they asked and sent a list back with 4 items asking for their hire price and for some better quality photos. Received no response. Sent another two emails to follow up - still no response. Don't bother with this company - they'll just waste your time.Update - Following the owner's response below, there is nothing on their website that states that they are not booking in any new clients. I don't know why they would be in the process of updating their website and inventory catalogue (as they told me in March) if they are not booking new clients as well. I also find it very difficult to believe that my emails would have been going into their Junk folder, considering that they responded to my original enquiry email, and all of my follow up responses and emails were sent through this email chain. Thanks so much for wasting my time.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sam for a number of internal events and also in collaboration with our clients. As a venue we really value the the focus on making each style he creates unique and complimenting the design of the space he works in. A couple of years ago now. Atmosphere Events helped (on a epic scale) our NFP community organisation with tens of thousands of dollars worth of advice, product, furniture and support for free. These guys are true South Australians with a heart of gold. Not to mention their commitment to local bespoke suppliers. They constantly support small SA small businesses.Complete professionals and superior eye for detail. Could not recommend them more!

Found Sam to be rude, miserable and out of touch with reality.Update - not confused with a different company. Steer clear!
