I needed a pink slip and the mechanic stayed open after closing time for me (as I had work) to complete the pink slip. The mechanic was very informative and knowledgeable. He stayed back over an hour after closing to fix the problems in my car thoroughly. He did not rush anything and put me and my car above everything else. Fantastic customer service, honest and great product knowledge! I am very thankful and pleased. I will be going back to get my car serviced.

I had 2 new tyres and all 4 wheels aligned, as well as front brake pads replaced. Mechanic was pleasant and thorough with his work. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of his workshop. Would recommend this business, Tony C

Khaled and his son Mohammed were extremely professional and kind whilst doing it. Khaled was nice enough to fit me in on the day I called, they ordered in two tyres that arrived same day, performed a brake test and did a blue slip for me. Not only did they go above and beyond, Khaled was so patient with me when I lost the paperwork on the walk to the RMS. I now have a regular mechanic I will continue to go to for all of my car issues. I highly recommend K1 automotive to any person seeking a mechanic who is nice, professional and affordable. Khaled even called me after I had left to make sure everything went okay with transferring my rego from QLD to NSW. He went ABOVE and BEYOND.
