Fantastic space to work from - I hot desk from here every day and couldn't recommend it highly enough. The team are extremely welcoming and friendly.The desks are well-equipped with multiple plugs, there's plenty of space to spread out regardless of whether you opt for the hot desk option, a dedicated desk or your own office. Lightning-fast internet, I've never had any problems with it in 4+ months. There's a luxurious meeting room available to book, with TV, coffee machine and all the bells and whistles. State-of-the-art printer on-site.The entire space is newly renovated and clean, the kitchen has a big fridge, filtered cold/boiling hot water from the tap, coffee/tea plus plenty of dishes and cutlery. The bathrooms are immaculate.Easy access to Mends St (2-minute walk) where there's several cafes and shops to choose from for lunch.The booking system is fantastic - you book your desk like you would an Airbnb, so there's no lock-in contracts or hidden costs like you get at some of the big chain cowork spaces.If you need an affordable and well-equipped space in South Perth to do you work on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, I highly recommend trying South Perth Business Centre.
