Allan and Tom were most professional in installing our new air conditioning system. I was very happy with their service and would happi,y recommend them to anyone. The job was a difficult one but they gave us an outstanding result.

Excel replaced one of our air conditioners this week. Excellent service and very professional. The installers were friendly, quiet, professional and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend using this service.

I was very impressed with the prompt service when I called a few days ago to install a new split system air-conditioner. Within a week, and with a reasonable price, I had a new system installed. The staff were also able to check my existing units so they worked better as well.I was very happy with dealing with Excel Air Conditioing and will definitely use them again.

Had to replace an old unit after about 15 years. Good response and the staff arrived on time did a good job. Removed all rubbish and cleaned up. Staff were thoughtful and pleasant to deal with.

Alan and the Team have carried out work for me in the past, so when my bedroom unit died, gave them a call about removing the old and replacing with a new unit, were onsite within 3 days and units swapped out and all working fantastic, will continue to use Excel for any future requirements. 5 months on and decided to replace another bedroom unit, 1 quick call and Alan and team did another fantastic job.

We used the Excel Aircon service to install two Aircons. Our first experience of the A/C installation in the living room was one of the best installation experiences. Staff arrived on time then explained what he was going to do that was super clear and remarkably professional! This staff had an incredibly friendly touch with really high communication skills. The job with his team delivered incredibly professional service that met our 100% satisfaction!So, we booked a second A/C installation in the kid's room straight away. Because we all thought the Excel Air Conditioning service was fantastic service!The different staff contacted us for second A/C installation. This staff did not provide us the time frame of 2 hours as usual. He used the minimum communications through text messages and phone calls. There was no communication bridge to start. On the thirdly rearranged installation day, he arrived nearly 6pm in the dark. He was supposed to arrive mid afternoon. We were preparing dinner at the time with our kid, then suddenly half of the power in the house went down including the kitchen. The worst part was he did not care at all. Very disappointing…Well, the Daikin ACs are working perfectly and beautifully. Thanks to Alan and Excel AC staff who were amazing!

We had a wall mounted Dakin Air Conditioner supplied and installed by this company on the 12,1,2018 which has been a very good decision because we have had absolutely no problems with the product or quality of the workmanship..

A year ago we had three air conditioners serviced, he took off front part, banged around a bit, used a chux cloth, something we could have done ourselves. The guy took 45Mins for the lot, charged $330. Felt like he did a poor job, so inspected ourselves and saw mould and dirt was still present. Rang company with no response. We don't use our air conditioners very often, a hand full of times through the year. Used our main one a week or so ago (hasn't been used since service)and water started gushing out the front, hence the bad review a year later. I will never use them again.
