I’ve been looking for a work bag for a while and landed on the bespoke zip tote which I’m super happy with. Also really appreciate staff reaching out and confirming my order before proceeding with the work.Some downsides for me (which I was aware of before buying):1. No lining inside so be very careful with what goes into the bag2. No outer pocket so there’s no quick access spot for my phone and other small items

Please don't ever buy from Charlie Middleton! These bags don't even have a lining! You can buy a leather bag that is actually lined far, far cheaper than fron thos store.The owner (?) Ben is rude once you've spent your money with them and inflexible. They have no refund policy at all so BUYER BEWARE.I hope my review can prevent at least one unsuspecting customer from overpaying for these unfinished goods.

Amazing leather goods, handmade in Sydney. We had a last minute order put through for someone as a gift - whilst they didn’t have the leather/colour we chose ready in stock, the team were kind enough and put a rush knowing it’s a gift.Great quality and beautiful minimalistic designs plus the amazing service - would certainly recommend.

Gorgeous quality bags! Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Just be aware there’s no refunds - an outdated rule for online stores in my opinion, but they did their best to accommodate me working around this! Thanks guys

Ordered two mini totes when they were on sale on boxing day. The store was packed that day, but the staffs were very patient with me.Picked up the bags today at the Chatswood store, they are exactly what I want. Love their design and the leather are amazingly soft. The staff was very helpful. She applied waterproof spray on the bags and packed them in a box. Good value for the quality of their products and customer service.

I recently ordered online a bespoke tote and pochette for my wife as a Birthday gift.The service, communication, craftsmanship and leather were/are impeccable (wow the smell and feel are truly something!).Really good value.Ben went above and beyond to get the delivery to me in time for the bday. 5*

I bought a wonderful bespoke handbag from Charlie Middleton last year, and I use it every day! For ages I was looking for the perfect bag to replace an old favourite that had seen better days. I was so happy that I found Charlie Middleton and that I could choose the size, grain and colour of leather, outside and inside pockets of the exact size I wanted, choice of fabric for the lining. I wanted to upload a photo too, but the pictures just don't do it justice.
