Storage King Heidelberg West

The staff are superb, helpful and friendly, but lately the place has been grubby, has disgusting grease and solvent on the floors and often rubbish around the place. The roller door bollard has been smashed over and a huge lump of concrete obstructs the keypad entry point. I am thinking of going back to Fort Knox—more expensive but much cleaner.Addendum: A day after I advised the safety issue to SK head office, there was a temporary fix for the lockdown. Thanks to SK staff. See new photo. Also, Head office rang me to apologise, so I thought it important to advise readers that the manager contacted me and will be hiring a steam scrubber to clean the facility. A good outcome from my review.

I used the parcelpoint service at StorageKing and I have to say the Manager Mariah is a great asset to the store. She was courteous, responsible and very polite. Wouldn't hesitate going back here.

Very expensive facility, in a six year period the price has almost doubled. Do your homework, I'm sure there are facilities around that would give similar poor service for a cheaper price. They'll charge you every fee imaginable plus their invoices are a disaster, what I thought was a credit ended up being something I owed them.

I can't speak more highly of the Storage King Heidelberg West team. I mainly dealt with Mariah, who was professional, helpful and absolutely lovely. I needed short term storage for a house worth of stuff, in the midst of Covid, and it was such an easy process from start to finish, as well as incredibly good value for money. The facilities are clean and secure, I had absolutely no qualms about leaving valuable things there. I would not hesitate to use them again should I need to store things in future.

Absolutely the best customer service. We recently sold our unit, so had to store all our furniture while staging it, then we purchased so had to then store everything in between settlement. The team went out of there way to assist us with the rental of two different storage units and gave us advise on how to best pack and deal with the removal companies. The pricing was really reasonable, be truck hire was so handy, the hours and access was great and we felt very safe. Totally recommend- FIVE STARS!!!

Service from staff was very good. Senior management decision to drive up price due to limited availability is legal, but ethically thuggish and deplorable. When you lose my business because of this, you could move into the Rapid Antigen Test market to compensate.

For those looking for a good storage facility, I can highly recommend Storage King and, in particular, Storage King Heidelberg West. I have been there over two years now and have been very satisfied with the facilities - clean, secure, easily accessible - and the service, which has always been courteous and considerate. The excellent rates which I have enjoyed are also a definite plus.Unless you are looking for a free bar service with your storage - and good luck with that, if you are - Storage King Heidelberg West is definitely 5-star.

The staff at Storage Kind at Heidelberg West are absolutely fantastic. I was stressed and under a lot of time pressure at the time. They were very easy to talk to and went above and beyond their job description to make my life easy. The facilities and prices are great too. I am very grateful and would recommend them to anyone!!
