Parkrun what more can I say, just get down there by 6:50am for 7am and run, walk/run or just walk there's absolutely no pressure to run but I can guarantee you it will be an enjoyable 5k every Saturday morning

Big friendly family orientated parkrun suiting all ages and all abilities. Beautiful course out and back and you might get lucky and spot a koala. Make sure you get there early to see the sunrise

simply put amazing 'parkun' anywhere in the world is a great place to start and continue your fitness journey! From couch beginners to Olympians, parkrun is for everyone!The Cleveland course is an out and back course with about 19m of elevation gain, shady parts and a nice boardwalk for part of the run! Well worth a visit if your in the area!

Picturesque parkrun along a combination of paved pathways and board walks. Relatively flat with a couple of gentle undulations probably means this could be a PB course for some people. Views along the course over Moreton Bay. Plenty of parking at the start, definitely worth a try as alternative to regular run.
