Amazing customer service. Initially, I was worried about the length of the tennis camp vouchers. But then I found out they gave us six months of credit, which is a really great time limit for anybody who has their life together! Also, not only do their child-to-coach ratios far exceed any other camp I’ve come across, but I respect their policies because I too am a small business owner.

My favourite tennis centre as there are 6 hard courts, a few synthetic courts and 1 clay court. Staff are friendly and you can even get your grip fixed here.Ring ahead to book courts. Like how they open late too!

If I can give a 0 star rating I would.Please note wet weather credit vouchers for holiday camps are only valid for 6 months with no leniency. Goodwill and customer service can go a long way. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

Very inflexible with credit vouchers, only offer 6 months to use it without any flexibility. More concerned with sticking to their written policies rather than providing good customer service. Could easily avoid all the negative reviews if they are trained to go above and beyond in meeting customers expectations.

Lovely staff. Variety and lots of courts - hard, synthetic grass, and clay. Well maintained and good opening hours range so lots of opportunity to get a hit in.
