When my car’s alternator suddenly stopped working I needed help fast! I found Ellis’ contact details online and I called him early that morning. The early call was no trouble for Ellis (and even if it was, he did not say so). Ellis arrived within an hour, which I thought was great given the short notice. Upon inspection of my car, Ellis informed me that he could not attend to the issue in the driveway as a hoist was required and so my car was towed to Ellis’ workshop in Rockdale. When Ellis removed the alternator, he found that it was not a typical run-of-the-mill alternator and so Ellis went above and beyond to source the product. Not only did he find a match, he installed it within hours after it arrived and my car was up and running in no time. Thank you Ellis for your wonderful service!
