Purchased a New" battery replacement for Hand Stick vac received one 4yrs old when enquired as to shelf life was told 6-7 yrs depending on Charging!So they leave on shelf for more than 60% of life span & charge customers 3 - 4x times more $ as a non Name battery!!Better of with cheap batts rather than Dyson "old" new stock."

I love my vacuum cleaner. Animal V10. Just had the best experience with customer service. My machine had broken just out of warranty and they are sending me a replacement. Wow. Wish more companies could be like Dyson.

Don't buy genuine parts direct from Dyson online. A new body for our V11 from Dysons website was about $395. As an authorised dealer they stock genuine parts alot cheaper. A new genuine V11 body, service and new filter was $235. Don't bother trying to fix your dyson yourself from escalated online prices. Go to these guys first.

We went in with an issue regarding our Dyson stick vacuum. I was all prepared to leave it for the repairs and pick it up ..whenever. The man on the service desk fixed it on the spot, new filter, new head and advice on not using powder stain remover and we were good to go. Very happy with the service.

Dyson sent a part out for a warranty repair. I couldn’t solve it at home. I took it to this service centre. Problem was fixed without fuss, without getting details or payment. Appreciate the ease of use and problem solving!Thanks.

Called in to Dyson to get a minor repair on my Dyson vacuum. Was advised to book it in and it would be repaired in about a week and half. Went around the corner to Stepney Appliances and they fixed the issue on the spot - with a smile.

The guy who I spoke to was so rude on the phone I hung up in tears. All I wanted was to book my upright vacuum cleaner in for a service. I live 4 hours from Adelaide and have had previous dealings with the service centre as I have had Dyson for over 25 years. After today I won't have any more dealings with Dyson. The vacuum cleaner I was trying to book in today is only 4 years old.
