Rick provides an honest and first class service. I have walked in several times to have Rick tell me a better and cheaper way to resolve my issue. He didn’t make a cent. At other times he has fixed a number of other IT issues. A lovely human. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to deal with Ric. He is friendly, courteous and highly experienced. After 3 hours of live chat with Samsung and a visit to their store, they were not able to retrieve data from my old phone. I had lost all hope until I found Ric. He was able to retieve all my data and transfer it to my new phone. I highly recommend Ric. I would definitely seek his help if needed in future. A+++
