Great work done by Allan on my 2014 Audi Q7, He helped me detected the real problem of my car, and fixed the oil leaking. instead of replacing all the injectors, he identified which one is really need to be replaced and fixed the issue and save my costs. Highly recommend!!

Dropped my little 2016 Polo with a DSG OAM 7 speed off with Alan and Matt - they quickly diagnosed a worn clutch pack (no surprise after 210,000 km's!) - I received a call from Alan a few days after dropping it off that it was fixed! When I arrived to pick it up (on a Saturday) - he was having lunch and gave me a beer, some dumplings and a tour of the workshop. So personal and amazing service. 100% 5 stars from me. Alan knows his stuff and is a genuine operator. He's also super reasonable with price... (thanks heaps Alan)

Genuine and trustworthy, Allen delivered as promised.. I had some quotes from others and they were easily double to what Allen quoted.He explained and showed me what needs to be done and in my case even provided some warranty on it.Would definitely recommend for anything transmission and related services.

Allen is a pure wizard when it comes to DSG transmissions. replaced the mechatronic unit on my tiguan within a few days for 1/3 the price the dealer quoted. it now drives like factory original. cannot recommend him more.

DSG Trans in my Yeti was leaking. The dealer quoted a ridulous amount of money and 6 weeks for the repair. Allen got it in quickly, quoted a reasonable rate, and had it repaired and back to me in a few days in top shape. Highly knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

Allen confidently fixed the DSG issues that no other mechanic was prepared to risk their time or reputation on.Numerous problems repaired in less time than promised and a couple of weeks later the MkVI Golf 103tdi is running like new without any fault codes/lights for the first time in ages.My only regret is that I hadn't discovered him sooner!

Highly recommend Allen and the team at DSG Performance. Had major issues with our Audi Q5 DSG clutch for which Allen quickly diagnosed (which our usual workshop wasn't able to do) and then professionally talked through the options and path forward for repairs. Major repairs were required and Allen was patient and understanding with us as we weighed up the options and costs. We were always kept up to date as the repairs progressed and were completed quickly considering the work required. Really happy with the work and especially the customer service where they are genuinely happy to help or give advice, even if outside the scope of the original job.
