The quality of rugs are absolutely amazing and carpets - extra value for your money. staff are all amazing, they helped me choose the best area rug and it’s affordable, I am so glad I checked out this local shop in Kelmscott, highly recommended it. I found the girls and carpet installer at Don's great to deal with, we had a small drama where the carpets were being layed and there wasn't enough carpet to complete the install and being a urgent install Janine was very helpful and offered a few different options, I did chose a new colour that was in stock and it wasn't a problem for them or the installer to do which might have been for other carpet places, I appreciate as it meant the job could still be completed in time. Great customer service. Thank you

We just had vinyl floors installed in our house in Karragullen over the weekend and we are over the moon! This company is great to deal with (both the office and fitter, Shane) and the floors have completely transformed our home! Enjoyable customer experience with Kelly and I think Maxine (‘Quennie’). After a long drive originating north of the river (headed to another store nearby), following information/ direction from my fiancé ended up at Don’s Carpets.The pair were welcoming, approachable and accomodating. So much so, the extended time spent with them, had me reflecting on how worthwhile the trip south of the river had been.Ended up with a really nice larger piece and two more smaller pieces; both of which were gifted! Quite an easy recommendation to make to others.Thank you to them both, Kelly and Queenie.

We recently had problems with our rental due to a tenant destroying the carpet in his room. Don's team were fantastic from the start. We no longer live in the area so relied on them to choose and lay the new carpet and found the service very friendly and professional. They will be our first port of call from now on. We just had some Luxury Vinyl Planks put down by Don's Carpets this week.They were excellent, from sales to floor laying they were wonderful.Shane the vinyl plank flooring installer, took extra care to make sure everything was done to our liking and still did three rooms in one day.I highly recommend Don's carpets. We love our new floors!

I have dealt with Don's Carpets on a few occasions now and I can recommend this company without hesitation. They are extremely busy so you'll need to keep this in mind when considering their services, but the 2-3 week wait is well worth it.Their prices are good and the work is top tier, the staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure that you are provided with the best service possible.My only issue is that after the carpet is laid there is a bit of a mess to clean up with the carpet fibres, but a quick 5 minutes with a vacuum cleaner is not worth deducting a point for. As stated previously, they are very busy and probably need to get to the next job ASAP to cram their jobs in. The layers are even working Sundays to get the jobs out, so it's not a problem to cut them a little slack.Well done Don's Carpets, and thank you.
