Learn from my mistake and never get a work order from these guys prior to a quote request. We employed their services to perform a job they had done for us in the past and as such generated a work order in good faith without a prior quote. They outsourced the work to Blueforce who turned up to our site with no information handed over from TES Electrical as to what was required. As such they did not have the parts to complete the job, and we received a bill for $410 for that site visit despite nothing actually being done. When I enquired about this, I was made to feel like it was our fault because we placed the work order without a quote. Zero responsibility assumed by TES.There are plenty of electrical providers out there… find one with professional integrity.
