I woke up to a plumbing issue this morning (Saturday) that I could not resolve myself. I called Greenaway Plumbing and Gas as they are open on the weekends and available 24 hours a day. I was unable to get through BUT within minutes, John had called me back. While on the phone, John explained to me how to fix the issue as he knew exactly what it was. John even came over to the house and checked to see if the issue was actually resolved. I expected to pay something within the $100's since it was a Saturday but John did not charge me a cent! It's great to know that good people still exist. Super prompt, skilled, friendly and extremely kind!

Grateful to finally find someone to do our gas fitting.Our first date was changed by John, understandabley, due to an unexpected family issue.After leaving a voice message for John on the morning of the 2nd booking (4 days later), John sent a text to say he was loadingloading the truck & would be at our home after lunch. At 4pm I rang to check that everything everything was ok. After waiting a few weeks, we still haven't heard from John.Trusting nothing unforeseen has happened. If it hasn't, a simple text or message of explaination would have prevented this review.
