Maci is so rude. All I wanted was to purchase my jeans she looked me up and down then rolled her eyes. Didn’t even make the uncomfortable small talk. Most awkward experience ever. Maci you need a new job babe.

Had a wonderful day shopping at Pacific Fair yesterday until I entered Sportsgirl. I might as well have been invisible...........shocking customer service! At times I was the only customer in store with 3 or 4 staff. Surely with all the people out of work atm you can find better staff than this?

I'm not tyipcally one to write a review of a store, but every time I come into this store I feel unwelcome. No greeting, no customer service. Even at the registers, particularly the tall blonde girl acts as thought it was an inconvenience for me to make a purchase. This is so unusual for a Sportsgirl as their workers are usually lovely. Do better.

Treated like every other customer who gave one star. Not sure if they actually understand that customers are who keeps you employed. Poor attitude no welcome no offers of assistance at all. Never going back.

The lady who is around 40 years old, mousey blonde hair and ombré claw fake nails has the worst attitude I have ever seen in retail. She abused me over a return and is the reason I will never shop at your store again! I think you guys should re-evaluate your staff.
