Came in at late notice to get some perspex cut and Brian and his team looked after me and got me what I needed quickly. Customer service here is great and was not expensive for what i needed.I would not hesitate in recommending Image plastics to any body for pretty much anything to do with plastic.

I ordered a simple clear acrylic display box. Was told it would take between 1-2 weeks. I called at the start of week 3 and was told it should be ready within 48 hours, but I'll get a call to advise. 10 days later, I was beyond tired of waiting and turned up at their office. I was advised the base still hadn't been cut or glued together, after I told them I couldn't wait any longer, I was assured it would be ready within 30 mins. I returned 40 mins later and still had to wait another 20-30 mins for the base to be finished.Once I removed the bubble wrap at my office, imagine my lack of surprise when I saw glue smears in multiple spots on the clear acrylic, one side was glued crooked, and one edge wasn't even glued together.For $200, I could have done a better job myself. I'll be looking elsewhere to get another one professionally made to replace this terrible attempt.

Superb service! Good turn around time even on larger projects. Bert and his team have come through for us on numerous occasions for our Retail Displays. And its not only plastic they deal with either. Our fur throw rug stand was laser cut from MDF and looks amazing on our showroom floor. They do so much more than their business name implies.
