Sol Health Studio is a modern, calm, welcoming and professional health studio. The level of treatment is second to none and you do not feel rushed during your appointment. Practitioners adopt a holistic approach to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient. Treatments and techniques are always evolving and it is never an appointment that just ‘cracks your back’.This is why I travel the extra distance for treatment!!

Nico has been nothing short of great. He has helped tremendously with my hip injury, gave me a full breakdown of the injury & provided me with a detailed plan to assist me execute my recovery.He’s very professional, honest, transparent & trustworthy.Highly recommend & will be back if needed.

Nico has been on top of my chiro and training needs for over a year, and Tina has taken care of me through my first pregnancy with her amazing pregnancy program.Nico and Tina both have a wealth of knowledge and experience and know exactly what to do to get the best results! Their passion, care and expertise shine through in every visit. 11/10, best in the business by far.

I have been seeing Tom for treatment on a sports injury and he has been a huge help throughout the rehabilitation process. His broad scope of knowledge means that he answers any questions that I have and communicates it to me in a way that I understand. His treatments always alleviate the injury pain and he sends me home with exercises which allow me to strengthen areas that need it.Tom provides a range of treatment options and tailors it to your needs and preferences. His professionalism is exceptional and he has a very caring nature which allows you to feel comfortable during the consultation.I would highly recommend seeing Tom!

Nico and Tina have both been amazing, I would highly recommend them.I personally see Nico, his service is second to none, he provides great knowledge and insight into whatever injury or niggle you may have. However, even if it isn't an injury and you are looking to improve your quality of life and overall mobility, they are very in tune and up to date with evolving technology and how to assist your needs.Couldn't recommend Sol Health more!!

Nico looked after me over a span of 6 months+ helping with me with rehab after a should injury during sports. He’s very knowledgeable and knows how to break down an injury and how to go about improving and strengthening the body or area the of the injury. I’m really satisfied with my experience at Sol Health and the major improvement they’ve given me on my body. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of sports/injury rehab or improving on your physical health.

We visited Tina from Sol when my son was 3 1/2 months due to my son being a little tight and preferring to lean to one side. He is now 5 months and we are super happy with the on-going assessment and treatment he is receiving. She takes her time, is thorough and is super gentle, all whilst ensuring we are informed about everything she is doing. Tina shows a genuine care in how my son is developing and provides me with a lot of information on stretching positions and different milestones. Highly highly recommend!

Highly recommend sol health for any chiropractic needs. Saw Ethan with Lower back pains I had, not only did he help with relieving the pain but also inform me of the causes and exercises that will help prevent back pain and strengthen the injured area.Not only helping with the injury he was very easy speak with and made it a comfortable environment making everything an overall a great experience.Highly recommend SOL and Ethan
