so the lady that did my nails was rlly aggresive with me nd half the time she was tlking not to me but to her friends that also worked in the shop, it was pretty obvious they were talking about you. this was the first time ive ever gotten nails ndshe damaged my fingers around my nails

This shop lost 3 stars as one of their technicians ruined my sister's nails. Not the one when it's a birthday gift.I was lucky that mine were reasonable.2 out of 6 of us got reasonable service. Have paid less elsewhere for better service.Upside? Most of their staff have lovely customer service.

Not happy with this service waste of money. First time they rushed my daughters nails. Second time they rushed mine with sns not smooth and shape not even . Negative feedback was given to them and they smile in your face. Will never ever go back again

They gave me an infection on my big toe nail they cut so deep and are just careless and when you tell them it hurts they laugh it off! WORST SALON IN WHOLE OF SOUTH WEST SYDNEY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

Pedicure shellac that is $45 is over priced in my opinion and I hardly got any type of massage. All the did was paint my nails and have my feet in the water while I was waiting.I also got infills (shellac) and I walked out with more horrible looking nails that what I did when I walked in. I tried to ask for the shape to be corrected multiple times and just gave up because the lady didn’t seem to want to listen to me (and no the language barrier was not an issue). I also walked out with her stickiness from her old Band-Aid on my fingers. Never going back

Worse nail salon. If you can avoid please don’t go here! The lady who cut my skin told me i was overreacting and it was only a small cut and got another lady to finish my nails! Worse attitude worse service, you can’t complain even your finger is bleeding. Not to mention thick nail polish applications and the corner of my nails are very sharp. Worse worse worse.

Staff are all lovely and friendly, service is always great. One thing to remember is to be kind, some ladies are so rude to the staff, it’s embarrassing. We’ve never had a problem but we aren’t rude to the staff

So very unhappy, We would have spent over $700 there and we couldn’t get correct or prompt service.We booked in for a bridal party group. Manicures and pedicures, the workers separated all of us and let walk ins in and did them before half of our group. We had to explain the simplest of things to them and when we asked for them to fix things they said it was fine. My pedicure was done so thick, flooding my cuticle’s but also somehow see through in the middle of some of the nails. My nails were not the shape I asked for and even though we asked to be all the exact same we left with all completely different shapes as apparently no one knows what an almond looks like. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I was not happy with the service. Nail polish wasn't put on correctly, the lady didn't nail file my nails and the machine was to fast that It burnt my toe nail, not all nail polished was removed. Not work paying full price for a dodgy pedicure, less than a week later I need to get the redone properly somewhere else.

Got my nails removed here and the way they filed it with the machine hurt. I felt burning on my nails. After they were removed the lady filed so much of my nails down, it became very thin. The next day one of my nails ripped half way and it hurts so much. I have to put bandage on it everyday to make sure it doesn't get caught in something and rip more. So painful.
