Excellent service right through from our initial contact with office, advice and quote, installation of air conditioning and follow up. Communication was ongoing, always friendly, and informative. The installation team was friendly, very efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. Their work is very tidy and their clean-up exceptional. They provided clear instructions on use of installed equipment and everything is working perfectly.

I am purchasing the Australian Hotel at Gympie. The refrigetation unit in the bar coolroom is very old and inefficient --- I got Kaine from Coolmech to come out and advise what to do ---- he gave me a great quote and he and 4 of his men turned up at 5 this morning and did a fantastic professional installation before opening time !!The new refrigeration is far more efficient and will save me at least 30% on power used :)I have been a Builder and in Tuna Long Line Fishing for many years and have dealt with many refrigetation companies --- Coolmech I rate up there with the best --- if you want THE RIGHT ADVICE on air conditioning or refrigeration --- from my experience, I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!

Great people, I've taken a year to slowly install 5 air-conditioning units. Because I took this long from the original quote I only had to pay an extra $100 for a minimal price rise while I saved for each unit installation . Highly recommended.
