I went to Coles at San Remo at 8:30 p.m. started to do my shopping and then there was a announcement over the speaker. saying they will be closing in 15 minutes. I didn't know about the new times and I would definitely wasn't happy as I couldn't do all my shopping. Definitely having second thoughts about shopping at Coles ever again. They do not care about their customers they only care about profit$$$$

Worst customer service... girl decides it's more important to talk to friends out the front then serve 3 customer waiting to be served.. checkouts always closed and self service is a joke.. manger must not shop there because it's only getting worse.. very big store, hardly any customers so that tells you there is something wrong... go to Budgewoi best customer service for a big shop.. good luck keeping your job MANGER you will need it.. xx

Wow, San Remo Coles far better than lake haven Coles..More variety of of gluten free food. Fantastic. Better service. Won't be going to Lake haven coles any more.

Some staff are a bit rude... but others are kind and helpful... I've seen the good ones get squeezed out and don't seem to get the shifts the others that are in the click... I feel that clicks in work places are unacceptable as everyone are different and as a customer I find it pleasing to see a mix of different characters that you can associate with.

Can't say I've ever found any reason to complain about this place .. neither the store itself, including the selection of goods, nor the staff. One staff member in particular, Ali/Alison (unsure of spelling) is especially friendly and helpful.

Found the staff extremely rude when asking if they could open a checkout for our 2 trolley loads of food staff member calls out at top of her voice BE CALM SIR THERE IS ONLY TWO OF US HERE WE WILL SERVE YOU WHEN WE ARE READY. My reply I am calm I was just politely asking for customer service as I could not go through the self serve checkout with such a large amount of goods to purchase I was then served by a young girl with a filfy look and wished I had left my purchases there and walked out but politely paid my bill went home and calmly left my feed back here. I will shop at tuggerah Woolworths next time thanks for the terrible experience for my wife and children Coles staff
