I initially tried the hojicha cheesecake from the pop-up Darling Square store and was instantly in love. The texture is melt-in-your-mouth creamy and the quality is wonderful as there is absolutely no graininess where many cheesecakes would suffer this problem. From the technical perspective, this is a really well done basque cheesecake and would be difficult to replicate at home as it is soft, moist from centre to the edge, and the burnt exterior is not overwhelming the delicate flavours.I have also tried their range of teas. I’ve tried their multi-packs twice now. The quality is better than a certain chain store of teas. Each bag steeps 750mL pots, so they’re good for sharing or if you like to drink multiple cups of tea on your own!Would highly recommend both the cakes and tea! Great for dessert, great for morning/afternoon tea parties. I have also ordered online and the delivery arrived without a problem.

The cheesecake is good. I would give 4 stars if the size of the slice hadn't leave me speechless (I put a finger next to it for comparison). $8 for this is just ridiculous, will not order again.

YUM! We bought a slice of the original and it really packs in taste. It's so cheesy and creamy and absolutely delicious. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is indeed expensive (slices are quite small) but totally worth trying.

If you’re wondering what 15 centimeters is about, it’s referring to the size of the cheesecake. You can purchase the cake as a whole or individual slices offering different flavours such as Belgian dark chocolate, Kinako Mochi, original, matcha, Hojicha milk tea, earl grey, yuzu and sesame mochi basque. Price starts @ $38 for original, $45 the above flavours except the seasonal which costs $50.What is basque and why it’s popular? Basque cheesecakes are rich, creamy, soft on the inside and taste a bit bitter, burnt and caramelised on the outside. It’s become increasingly popular, and you’ll find them in many Asian cake stores around Sydney. Every bite you take melts instantly in your mouth, simply delicious. My favourite flavours are Belgian dark chocolate and hojicha.15 centimeters menu also offers puddings, cream puffs and tarts.

Delicious and really well made. Are portions tiny? Yes, but the quality is high. The flavour is balanced, delicious, caramelised on top and gooey and soft inside. I'm happy to say it's one of the nicest cheesecakes i tried in Sydney.I feel the pricing ($7 for the yuzu portion) is adequate when you factor that it and compare to similar high quality bakeries paying rent in prime location (which may be bigger but also more expensive)

Delicious cheesecake! Bought two slices of the original burnt basque cheesecake at the Darling Square location for $14. The cheesecake is rich and creamy. Slices are quite small for the price.
