Riverstone have been wonderful the whole way through. We always admired their quality since they built a nice home in Mt Claremont many years ago.Ken and Mark are true pros with every step of fulfilling our dream home.Alan's designs are brilliant and we were delighted to find he's the architect behind some of Perth's most stylish homes, which we didn't previously know.Compared with other builders we checked, Riverstone's quality and price were much better.

I have worked with this company and found them to care about their customers and the safety of their contractors on site. They work to continually improve their services and site cleanliness. I have spoken to some customers and they have told me that they are happy with their service so I would recommend them as a builder from this perspective.

As a neighbour of a Riverstone build I have had to put up with tradesmen arcing up tools at 6 on weekend mornings and debris constantly blowing into my yard.Complaints are met with denial and avoidance.If you want to move into a new home with the relationship with your neighbours intact, look elsewhere.

Didn't end up building with Riverstone but had a great experience when dealing with them never the less.We met Cleve at one of the displays. Cleve has very good attention to detail, a wealth of knowledge in design, always available to talk, never pushy, completely transparent and always willing to go the extra mile.If you are building your dream home, definitely put Riverstone at the top of your list.
