I have purchased a few items from McMullin and co. and could not be more pleased with the beautiful quality and sophistication they have added to my home.I had a minor predicament with one of my orders, which was immediately followed up with excellent customer service and instantly rectified.I highly recommend this company!

Recently ordered the most incredible candle holder. Received it literally the next day! Was carefully packaged and looks incredible in my home. The McMullin & Co team also provide amazing customer service. Happy to continue supporting a local Australian business!

So I confirmed with customer support and they were transparent to say the reason why it looks different. They knew I had concerns with the item and was thinking about asking for credit instead. however they still proceeded with shipping due to warehouse being filled up :(

We have purchased the Hendrix arm chair and Solomon mirror and are incredibly happy with the way they have turned out.The customer service from this company has also been exemplary, with product follow ups to ensure safe delivery and product satisfaction. they also facilitated an address change very straightforwardly.

Both products arrived earlier than expected and the customer service was second to none, not to mention the products themselves are such great quality. I am absolutely thrilled with my new pieces and can’t wait to buy more.

My parcel got lost and they contacted me before I even had to contact them to ensure that I had received it, when I acknowledged that I hadn’t, they sent a new one straight away.
