Incredible service! My brand new LV shoe got a stain on it second time I wore it .Andrew was kind enough to spend time, give me a call and explain the situation, he is incredibly professional and talented. I finally got my shoe back with his brilliant idea . He fixed it with adding a star ( same as the design and the same colour) on the stain.I had my shoe back ( like new) and didn’t have to risk the chemicals on it. It’s amazing how innovative he is.

I have been taking my shoe and bag repairs to Andrew for years now and I'm never disappointed, always an excellent job, great customer service and prices! Recently he brought back to life a pair of sandals I had worn to death. They look new again. I refuse to take my repairs elsewhere! Thanks Andrew!

Awesome service! I was on a tight schedule, Andrew made it work. Proof is in the pudding and we will have to see how the repairs hold, but it really looks to be done to a high standard and with the level of care that Andrew communicates from first contact. I’ll be coming back for more repairs!

I have a new favourite shoe repairer!My son’s heavily worn school shoes have been given a new lease of life. They look like new again.The price was extremely reasonable. An internal repair and polish was even done at no extra cost.Highly recommended.

Andrew went out of his way today to help with a zipper emergency on a case. He wasn’t officially open so he wasn’t in the shop when I rang, and I wasn’t a previous customer but he kept in touch by phone as he made his way back, letting me know when he’d be back at the shop. It was a fragile job and he quickly and gently fixed it, then wouldn’t take any payment. I hope I have a few pairs of shoes to take in soon! Thanks Andrew for the rare, good old-fashioned service!

Great experience and fair prices. If Andrew's not there you can leave your items with the dry cleaners and he'll promptly text you a quote when he's back! He was so quick and I got another text, with a photo of the repair, when it was ready for collection! I won't use any other shoe repairer as so happy with his service.

Recently Brought my Bally leather shoes for maintenance, first timer here. Andrew did a great job adding a new sole and heel and charged a reasonable price for good materials (topy, Bridgestone). He was also kind enough to do a quick on the spot fix on my daughters sandals with some glue and adjust my bag zip as well. Wonderful service and demeanour and will gladly return. Easy to park as well at 7-eleven.
