Professional service, only issue is paying $140 for a service call out to have the most ridiculous quote for a repair.$1400 to fit a $30 joiner, on top of the call out fee. The quote that was given had no details for hourly rate, materials ect. It seams like they are hoping you’re desperate enough at the time to accept the price. Having payment plans should have been a red flag. I wish I had read the other reviews before calling and wasting $140.Edit: Just had a local plumber out and repaired for $100.

Crazy, Stupid expensive. Cost $150+ to get them out, then they wanted $1550 to fix 10cm of Rehau Pex pipe.Got a real plumber out Monday, $250 all up to fix it.If 0 stars were an option, they would have gotten that.If you have a leak, turn off your water until you can get a local plumber out, not these theives.

I contacted Jim's plumbing and a Metro Plumbing van arrived.I was quoted $4700 to install an instantaneous gas hot water service.I received two additional quotes from other companies for the same unit, both quoted $1800.I initially asked for the hot water service I had to be repaired but the tradesman didn't even look at it and wouldn't quote me for a repair.The tradesman was extremely rude and became very pushy and aggressive when I began asking questions.I do not recommend this company. $2900 MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THEIR COMPETITION - NEED I SAY MORE.
