Comfortable, clean and cosy cottage. Lee and Theo our hosts were friendly and provided us with helpful information about the local area. Beautiful gardens with unusual planting helped us to relax and unwind. Thanks Christine and family

Knotsofar Cottage
My family and I stayed here recently for a week in January 2015. We loved it. The place is so clean and cosy and spacious. The beds are so comfy. Our dog was very much at home and in a very safe environment. We were able to leave our dog behind knowing she was in a safe environment whilst we went to the theme parks with our kids. We had a fabulous time. The owner is very friendly and helpful. They even provided us with a welcoming basket filled with fruits, eggs, milk and a bottle of wine. What a lovely gesture. Thank you Lee for a wonderful time.

Such a wonderful getaway. Lee was so welcoming and generous with her local knowledge. The cottage was perfect with every detail considered and provided. Our dog was also welcomed & totally catered for. We would definitely recommend this beautiful place for a relaxing and luxurious time away

A very spacious and well equipped house in a beautiful location. There is a secure outdoor area for your dog too and plenty of dog beds dotted around the house. We had a wonderful weekend here in winter and enjoyed the woodfire. We've booked again to come in summer to enjoy the beautiful pool, surroundings and nearby beaches and cafes. Recommend the Hideaway Cafe down the road.

We had a,wonderful time with our grand kids at Notsofar Cottage. Theo and Lee are great hosts, the grandkids did not want to go home, we will be back on our next holiday to Queensland.

Had a quick squizz at this lovely very large cottage, whilst we stayed at the KNOT2FAR cottage on the other side of the property. Full of colour, with beautiful views across the pool and gardens this place is styled to encourage calm, time out and rejuvenation. The very best thing is you can bring your fur babies. We're staying in this one next time even if it is just the two of us! I think (?) it takes 6 guests.

We fell in love with this place as soon as we walked in. What a beautifully decorated and furnished home away from home. Plenty of space, comfy beds, beautifully appointed kitchen, basket of goodies to welcome you. Fur babies well catered for and made very welcome. Lee and Theo are now considered friends, we have stayed several times and we will be returning for sure.

A beautiful treasure that we visit at least once a year now for some much needed R'n'R!! Everything you need for a hideway retreat, the accommodation is very homely and super comfortable. The owners are so friendly, helpful and big animal lovers. Where else can you go on holidays and bring your cat, or dog etc?? High rise holiday apartments in the middle of the hustle and bustle cannot compare with a welcoming fireplace, bush surrounds, perfect location & beautifully decked out interior. Honestly could live here!

An amazing place to have a break with your dog!Beautiful house and grounds. Dogs welcome inside the house, there was even a secure place for our dog so we could go out for dinner.We all loved relaxing in front of the wood heater at night.Lee & Theo are very welcoming hosts plus it's a great location, peaceful & rural yet only minutes from the shops & the coast.
