Arlo was so happy during his stay last year, he had so much fun with his puppy friends and nannies, and was so well looked after that he is coming back again this year!

Our rescue kelpie Reggie had a two week stay at Ingleside. We were very happy with the care, training and communication from the staff at the resort and with regular updates and training tips from his trainer. Would recommend

Booking was easy, pleasant and professional staff, communication very good. The cat was well looked after by his pet nanny and the end of stay report card was a nice touch. This was the cat’s second stay at Pet Resorts Ingleside and I will have no hesitation in booking him in again.

Our older dog has anxiety issues and the last kennel he stayed at he looked very ill.This time it looks like he had a whale of a time he even let them wash and blow dry him which is something he won't let us do.As for Skylie she just loves pampering.Was worried but not now.Absolutely fantastic people

Recently I used Pet Resorts Ingleside to board my cat for a few weeks while I was away, and I cannot recommend them enough.I received regular updates and photos of him during his stay and they have a variety of foods/services on offer so you can cater their visit to their needs.Positioned beautifully in the Northern Beaches, it also offers a great recluse for dogs with plenty of space to run and play in the fresh air.They even offer a shuttle service to pick-up/drop-off your pets to either your home or a local vet they have a partnership with.Please consider them for your boarding needs, they run a fabulous facility and take the utmost care of our babies.

Very poor communication, dog came home with pressure sores and was not socialised the whole time he was there. Be aware that if your dog is even a little bit staffy they will not be allowed to socialise - no temperament tests, no real care shown. They won't tell you this, just take your money. Inadequate supervision. Terrible place.

We were delighted with all aspects of our experience with Ingleside. The staff couldn’t have been more caring. Although our dogs naturally very happy to see us they were clearly well looked after and had established a warm rapport with their handlers. I’d certainly highly recommend Ingleside to any pet owner.
