The shop owner here is legendary. He was on his way out, keys in the door, when we swarmed him, on our knees, begging him to let us buy some rolling paper. With a smile on his face, a skip in his walk, he let us in like Willy Wonka did Charlie that first time.Cause of him, our night was made. We owe him this review.
