I suffer from vertigo and was concerned that the cleaning process involved in cleaning my ears would make it worse. Deidre answered all my questions honestly and put my mind at ease. She was very gentle and efficient. I couldn't believe the amount of wax that was lodged in my ears that seemed to act as a sound plug because immediately after Deidre cleaned my ears I could suddenly hear again. I was so grateful. I recommend earworx to anyone who has vertigo or suffers from hearing loss or simply needs wax removed from their ears. Well worth 135 dollars to have your hearing restored to full volume

I was very impressed with the way Sandra explained the cleaning process. I had to return for a second appointment because of badly compacted wax in one ear, which was successfully removed. Sandra talked me through the ongoing care of my ears. Thank you so much!
