We would not use anyone else but Paul. Our kitchen tap was hanging on by a thread, not a problem for Paul, fixed in no time at all. He is prompt, friendly, does a really good job and is fair with his charges, and always on time. Thank you Paul.

My issues were very easily fixed by Paul. He explained clearly what he had done and answered my questions. I would not call anyone other than Paul for plumbing issues, as not only is he an expert in his field, but also very pleasant to deal with. On one occasion when I rang with a problem, he agreed to come but also gave me the option of fixing it myself. I followed his instructions, the problem was solved (permanently) and I saved the money he could have made. So I know he is honest and trustworthy.

Day before Good Friday, hot water service kaput. Paul came early to assess the situation, organised a replacement heater, installed and all cleaned up. What an amazing job done. He is delightful to deal with, honest and a true professional. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. He is our go to plumber.
