We have been going to Best Friends since our 3 year old Shih Tzu fur baby was a puppy. Loved the puppy preschool, then we started to use the groomer. Michelle always looks after our furbaby, and does a fantastic job grooming her. Our furbaby gets excited when she sees Michelle, and this is a great sign that our furbaby is going to a happy place. Carl and the rest of the team, always greets us when we enter the store. The vet is also really good, recently misplaced our fur baby’s vaccination certificate and it wasn’t a drama getting this replaced the same day. Thank you to Michelle, Carl and the rest of the team.
