Spoke with the owner after a 'misunderstanding.' I appreciate the fact he called me to discuss the matter. Returns policy is listed in fine print on the receipt. My suggestion to also include on the website. Happy to recommend.

Great Customer Service!!!!As we are in lockdown, I thought I would get the garden done but I needed some bluestone pitchers this weekend. I rang Pavers Plus and Jason was so helpful in getting the delivery as quickly as possible. I rang this morning and with his help it was delivered this afternoon. Now I have the whole weekend to install them. Thank you very much Jason for your friendly service, it was a great experience.Gemma
