If i could give no star rating i would have. Went there today an couldn't believe the blatant ripping off in prices. 1 lady volunteer said to another volunteer behind the counter to get a specific worker to price the Bamberry scarf because its a 'Bamberry' an when I left in disgust a fella that works there turned away 2 cars wanting to donate because he had too much outside to deal with. Well maybe if you priced your DONATED items reasonably your shop would turn over more stock and have more floor space. Don't know who does the pricing because the $$ your chasing for items are far fetched. Eg. Pair of 2nd hand 'Dior' (could have been a copy) sunnies were priced at $299. Cash converters are cheaper. The wrapping of the books in clear plastic with someone giving their comentary and condition opinion an unrealistic pricing on the overpriced books was a joke. If I want to pay retail prices I'd shop to buy brand new. Absolutely floored by this shop so I went 50 metres around the corner to Lifeline where I walked out with an armful of stuff, spent money for realistically priced items.

I have been to many many op shops and this is by far one of my favorites. They know the value of their retro items (especially vinyls) but don't inflate the prices to ridiculous levels. The rare books are wrapped nicely and are protected with sleeves. I live seeing places that take care of rare and vintage books. The staff here are ALWAYS lovely and I always have some great chats about records. Will definitely be back and will continue to buy from here. Good work!

Great selection of women’s clothes and for reasonable prices too (most of the items I got were between $7 to $9). However whilst I was there I came across a blazer with no price tag so I had asked them to give me a price for it, keeping in mind I did already have another blazer which was practically the same but different colour and they doubled the price, not sure how they got to that figure (hence the 4 stars) still will be back however, love to support local op shops.

Everything has been picked over with a fine tooth comb and prices referenced off eBay prices (as listed on the tags) so if you like to go op shopping to hunt and find a gem (really who doesn’t)...this isn’t the store for you. They have printed up special labels that say “Vintage” and “Retro” which is simply code for...prepare to pay more! Anything under these labels is overpriced for an op shop but cheaper than you would pay at a vintage store. It is a good sized store, there are lots of books and clothes, very little furniture. Everything is a little overpriced, even the books and junky stuff.

Tidy and clean. Friendly service. But everything inside the store is ridiculously priced. $12 for a second hand origami book for kids? $5 for a $1.75 glass bowl from Ikea....Yeah, no, but thanks.

I loved how well organised the cds, books, magazines, DVDs and VHS VIDEOS (haha) were. Paintings were displayed high up. Reasonably priced in some areas but when I paid they discounted items for us which was nice and unexpected. Found a few good items and wish could have bought more. They had some books i really wanted, seemed overpriced as single, wish it was sold as the set it was. Some areas were dumping areas for random stuff.Staff were excellent and friendly.

$500 stroller they were selling onceWernt op shops meant for the poor and those who can't afford retail prices and those who are struggling but still deserve nice things

Rude and untidy staff on the donation delivery area. Put me off from donating anything to this shop and help saving children. Looks as if those staff members had nothing to do with the whole idea of Saving Children. just being there for their own benefits.Another thing is that it looks that the store management has not done anything to make sure staff is not rude and is friendly , as the same feedback was provided a couple of months ago and nothing has changed.

It's big and seems well organised but pricey!! Some items, particularly kids toys/books seemed very overpriced, some more than rrp even. Others not even worth selling and therefore very overpriced.

Lots of stuff, but pretty overpriced and clothes are usually pretty worn. There are plenty of other op shops near by with better quality items and more fitting prices for second hand clothing.
