Joanne is ~ l o v e l y ~Such a wonderful experience. You walk in for a haircut but also get beautiful care on top. She is so generous with her energy and takes a lot of care with every step. So happy with the whole process, will definitely come back :)

Best haircut I've ever had. I've been using orange hair recently for my haircuts but the last two times I've been served by Mr Masashi and he does some fine work. Excellent service, can't give a higher rating. Thoroughly recommend. Make sure to call to book in advance.

Really happy with the permanent straightening I got done here. Joanne really nice and friendly. she also very responsive to all my questions before appt. She are very attentive throughout the straightening process, cut and styling. Def recommend!

Very pleased with the service I recieved today. Very fairly priced and does not try to sell you a product every 10 minutes while doing your hair. Very pleasant service and quiet spot despite being in the middle of the CBD. Best experience I've had at a hair dressers for a long time. Would return and recommend to friends and family.

Used to be 5 stars for me.. a decent haircut for $20.. great for a quick and dirty when I'm at the office and in between trips to the barberPaid $35 the other day... which really can't be justified at somewhere like Orange. Would advise sticking to the suburban branches at $20-$25. Should evaluate whether the Bourke St store adds much value to the group

Been a frequent visitors for quite a bit of time now. Have encountered same unhappy Korean hair dresser but the staff told me she is gone ( thank god ) want to note my gratitude to the stylist working here. Tino works at the city has been very welcoming over all, there was a Taiwanese hairdresser as well, she does a bit massage while giving you a hair wash. Well, highly recommended.

One of the best hair cuts I've ever received. Didn't have to wait long, they took their time and listened to exactly what I had asked for, rather than just cutting it super short. They washed my hair once we were done, which felt like heaven! It's also in a handy location and only $20. Not sure you need any other reason to get yourself down there. Not sure what others are talking about when they mention a language barrier, I had no issues.
