Diamond Floor Sanding

I chose Dean to sand our floors after reading his great Google reviews. I’m so glad I did - he did an outstanding job and completely transformed our house. He is the ultimate professional explaining each process, always on time and competitively priced. He takes great pride in his work and his attention to detail is meticulous. I would 100% recommend Dean if you want to bring your old wooden floors back to life.

Both my mum and I used Dean for our floor sanding recently. Mum had cyprus pine floors and mine were finger parquet. He did an excellent job, and is clearly so passionate about his work. He talked us through each stage of the process and the ultimate finish for both sets of floors was amazing. Will be recommending Dean far and wide!

Dean did fantastic work. He was very professional, worked efficiently and we are so happy with the result. The natural products used, enhanced the grain in the wood, our floor and stairs look amazing. He also gave us detailed instructions for maintaining our floors. I would highly recommend Dean and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Amazing!!!!Having recently bought our forever home we were intending to re-carpet the older part of the house. Cypress pine floorboards were under the old carpet and a neighbour recommended speaking with Dean firstly, about restoring the boards.The boards looked generally solid but very yellowed and in disrepair. They also sported the black Japanese protection stain to about 2 feet around the entire edging.Dean was straight up and down with his assessment and assured us they would come up great.We couldn’t be more happy with the result, they are spectacular!!Dean is professional and passionate about getting the most out of your floors.Not a day goes by where I don’t think wow we were that close to re-carpetting.So happy we spoke to Dean first.Thankyou.
