I spent about two months looking for a good window supplier and installer for my new house. I have 10 windows and doors to replace, of course I want to choose the perfect ones, because it’s my home. I inquired four companies, local and European companies, none of them can compare with DoubleGlazed, no matter the price or the services. Leila always answer my endless questions. The installer team are awesome, they are so cool and professional. I highly recommend them. They are the best!

Somewhat busy to get a qoute booking but well worth the wait. Fantastic product, needed a well insulated (sound) sliding door for my home theatre room. Paul suggested a product I didn't know existed and was perfect for my needs.They're not cheap but its a quality product. They made an install appointment and stuck to it. We used DoubleGlazed to replace our old timber windows and not so old French doors in our 60’s double brick house. The quality of the windows is AAA and the difference the double glazing makes is amazing. Then there is the installers, the workmanship is absolute first class and the retro fitting is seamless. Our home is circa 1873 with additions added during the late '60s. Having spent the last 3 yrs renovating most of the home I was well aware of the idiosyncrasies of this home and what surprise's it could throw up.The 5 man team from DG.Com arrived on time each day, set up their tools of trade and went about removing old 'nasty' windows from around our stone constructed home, no fuss...no bother regardless of what obstacle they encountered. Never heard a grumble and the crew were always polite and accomodating. We were especially impressed at the level of finishing they managed to obtain, the attention to detail is so obvious. On top of that they were exceptionally tidy and always cleaned up after themselves to standard not many tradies would understand. I would highly recommend DoubleGlazed.Com even if you have to go on a wait list due to Covid supply issues.......it's more than worth it. By far one of the most professional teams we have ever contracted. PS......the guys work better if fed home made chocolate cherry cake and fresh brewed coffee........

Paul and Leila know there product very well and gave knowledgeable and informative answers to my questions which helped me in deciding what was best. We had all our windows (9) and doors (3) replaced and the pricing was very good. The installers were awesome , professional, pride in there work and kept the place clean after each day works. Once the windows and doors were installed we had noticed how quiet it was and that the inside temperature was not as cold therefore less heating bills. Love our new windows and doors for the quietness, no more painting, easy to clean , safety and less power bills.

From beginning to end, DoubleGlazed have been fantastic. The windows look amazing and have given our house a much needed update. The sound insulation is really great, especially with the extra thick glass we opted for. Everything ran on time and to budget. The installers were all very professional and really nice guys. We had all the windows and a double door replaced in our 1950’s double brick home. Before settling on uPVC we looked at so many options in Adelaide and found that this was surprisingly comparable to aluminium frames in terms of cost, with many more benefits.After extensive research and visits to companies offering this specific product, we settled on Double Glazed as we loved the look of the windows that they provided and most importantly the customer service was great. Leila and Paul always had time for us and gave us lots of great design advice. Everyone we dealt with during this job was warm, professional, down to earth, and responded promptly – which was huge for us (particularly during the stresses of a renovation).Having your old windows removed and replaced is very nerve wracking, to say the least, but the communication leading up to the install was great. The installers were friendly, professional and most importantly TIDY! They even decided that the original sills that were intended to be used didn’t match the heritage of the home, and made the switch to ensure they had the size feel of the original sills!We would absolutely recommend this business, and have already done so a number of people, BIG THANKYOU to everyone for your hard work - we are very happy with our windows and door :)

Extremely happy with the product and their level of service. They have gone above and beyond when installing our windows and we are very happy with the product. The windows made a huge difference to the external noise level and obviously to the house temperature as well.
