Timezone Coolangatta - Arcade Games, Laser Tag, Kids Birthday Party Venue

We came here last night on the 20/1/23 all the staff were great! That is Until I talked to a small statue Asian girl who was incredibly rude! And with big attitude! I was with a big group and all of them wondered what her problem was. There was some confusion around what time the next session for dogem cars was on. I believe she is some sort of manager as she was the only one wearing a different Colour shirt. I had a look at other negative reviews and it sounds like people have had the same problem with the same girl. She clearly shouldn’t be working in a place where constant interaction with customers is necessary. I have to give credit for the other staff though as they really were very friendly and helpful. hopefully Chris can sort this out!

Always good fun, decent size, pity no junior bowling lanes for the kids though.

This is an amazing arcade. The staff are super helpful. The range of games are fantastic.

Best place in Coolangatta to take kids tired of beach and pools. So much variety with bowling, dodgems, laser tag and my favourite old school arcade games and pinball machines mixed with all the cool new high tech games. If it's raining in Cooly, it's Timezone we go.

This place is huge! So many new things I haven't seen before, everything was in working order and lots of cool choices for prizes!

Single floor, not too big, great variety of games, easy to see most areas so can keep an eye on kids, free undercover parking under shopping centre, good choice of prizes, toilets close by, great venue for some fun and games

Decent size to enjoy with mates and family. Suggest not wearing thongs/pluggers or slides. I was unable to enjoy the games I actually wanted to play due to the unsecured" footwear style. This place gets a 3-stars from me

Friendly staff. Told us about the special promos and guided us through the app.Large Timezone with plenty of games, bowling alley, laser tag and mini pool tables.Highly recommended if you're from VIC, this place is way larger than the ones we got.

Great fun but you'll need to spend a lot of $ to win the cool prizes! but still well worth visiting.

The arcade is very entertaining. Plenty of different options for different age groups. It has some of the latest games including some VR options and a number of games where the whole family can have fun. You can even take your young toddlers to have a couple of hours fun on a rainy day in Cooly. Highly recommended if you want to have a break from the beach.
