Eden Laser Clinics Penrith

I had a procedure booked in with a nurse i was given the nurses price but on the day i showed up it was dr ramin i saw who charges more. The price i was given over the phone is what i was happy with which is why i booked it. It wasn't my mistake but i was the one left trying to explain during the consult it felt like i was begging or something it was very uncomfortable. We went back and forth on pricing i said this is what i was told they should have booked me with a nurse not you he asked if i could pay more i said i was told $550 i should have just walked out then but i didn't, he decided to go ahead with it with the huffing and puffing. When i was paying the receptions wouldn't even look at me because i had payed less then i was meant to and to top it off i didn't see a difference with my procedure extremely unhappy customer i won't be returning.

Ive been going to Eden laser clinic for a while now and its helped me so much with my laser hair removal journey!! At first I was super nervous but a major shoutout to Jasmine who made my experience so much easier and comfortable. Her amazing service, professionalism and how she is always patient with me makes me so excited for every session. The results have been significantly progressive and there has been a major difference with my hair growth, regret not starting earlier. Cant wait for my next appointment!!

Amazing!I have been booked with Sarah for 2 sessions and I’m already seeing a decline in my hair growth. Sarah is so lovely and does her best to accommodate for her clients ! 100% recommend to go here

Had the best experience felt very comfortable straight away, Sarah's service is super professional but friendly like you've known her for ages considering this was my first time getting laser I feel so okay and happy with Sarah and Eden laser clinic.

Absolutely disgusting service, lacking professionalism, knowledge and way too much attitude. Does not listen to clients needs only cares about money. I do not recommend this clinic. Plenty of competition around, clinics that are professional with lovely customer service skills & make you feel comfortable. I will never return.

I love how thorough Angela is with the laser hair removal, considering how much you are spending on the laser its nice to know that you are getting your money's worth plus she was lovely to chat with. Definitely will be wanting to book in with her again :)

today i had the best ever laser hair removal session. the therapist sheira did an excellent job. she did my face so damm good i cannot even explained. she is an excellent girl with such an excellent skill. She actually spent time on my face and did everything in detail.such a lovely lady.this girl is the best.thankyou for today.

Rania is absolutely amazing!!! I’ve been going to Eden Laser Penrith for quite a while and I’ve always had such a great experience although today I met Rania for the first time. I’m always super anxious before any laser appointment but from the moment I interacted with Rania I felt so at ease and comfortable. She made it so easy to relax and time flew by! She has such a warm and friendly nature and took her time to be precise with the treatment.10/10 would recommend!
