Excellent service. Was very pleasantly surprised by the young lady at the counter and her outstanding service. She made feel comfortable stright away. So I bought oil and coolant from here and fuses. Quite a knowledgeable lass. Helped me bring my gear to my car too cause not being able to lift and carry anymore is a chore. Totttaàaaaaaallllllyyyyy recommend.

Very well organised and tidy store, along with lots of good products. But what would make it better. Is if the sales staff were more inclined to accept customers feedback and advice on the stores parts listing. Being heavily reliant on their computer to give the correct part number.Three items were incorrectly sold to me without properly checking, for the exact model series of my car. And assumed they were right. Despite already knowing what I exactly needed.If you're not too sure on your parts. I'd advise to go else where for better service. Otherwise most of them where friendly and knowledgeable.

I enjoy shopping at repco for a few reseaons, firstly they have a good online platform, they have plenty of options for parts and the staff are very helpful. Plus they have very good online sales if u are a member that means good prices and good service so 5 stars from me. Sometimes there can be a wait to be served but that can be expected at all retail outlets.

Repco has become my favourite shop to go to for all my car needs. The staff are always really helpful and I never feel judged because I am a woman. I have had really negative experiences from other similar stores in Bunbury and I refuse to go back. Prices are reasonable and I always leave feeling like my query was resolved!

Staff are not very knowledgeable and order wrong parts in and then try to argue that they should fit only to eventually agree their system lists wrong part for my car as it was not made in Australia, funny as no cars are made in Australia anymore and one would think Ford is a pretty big company worldwide. Also tried to get me to keeps some of the parts when i returned the wrong ones as they said they should fit" all up wanted over $300 for correct parts plus freight

I'd like to leave a good review for not only for this store, but for the employee Anne. Not only did she help me find a few novelty items as a birthday present for mum and her VF commodore, but she searched their entire hotwheels tub for a replica car. Unfortunately they did not have a replica but I admire Anne's dedication to customer service and even after I had finished my transaction, she got in touch to confirm if Repco had any hotwheels replicas. We absolutely need more people like Anne in the world!

If you need stuff for your car, such as oil, degreaser etc... They have so much to offer. If you show your RAC card you get a further discount. Very helpful by the staff, so if you need help, just ask. I'm sure you will return again & again. Love the store.
