Pretty good overall, but come on almost 200 dollars for silent hill 2?

Huge range of consoles and games at great prices. We’ve added so many games to our ps2 & Nintendo ds lite collection. Only place we can find games for these consoles.The staff at Riverlink are friendly and helpful. Only negative is that the young man whose hair completely covers his eyes & nose down to his mouth, does make me anxious. Being unable to see if someone is looking at you and is ready to serve you when you have anxiety, is very awkward and uncomfortable. He is very polite and helpful. It would just be better if he kept his eyes visible to help customers know when he’s looking at them and ready to answer questions, process purchases etc.

store has no contact number. just a 1300 number tells you to email the customer support team or for a fast response to message on facebook which then hangs up. I've had no response by their facebook page and the message doesn't even register as delivered so it seems their not even logged into their facebook to check messages. their probably great instore but they really need to improve their contactability.

Had a problem with a computer we brought, exchanged it with no issues at all, great service

Have shopped with them at other stores and are so grateful to now have one closer by now in Ipswich. Always an interesting range of retro gaming and newer tech goodies. I've shopped a few time now since they've opened the store in Ipswich.

Got there just as closing time with 3 minutes to spare very rude lady said she is closing now however allowed my partner and others to line up to purchase too bad by the way she spoke i wont be shopping here again i also compared prices no cheaper then EB games. Support local stores already here that have decent customee service or sack the lady oh and im writing tgis now at 5.05pm and they still have the door open

Just found out the hard way that they don’t buy normal everyday DVDS anymore. They only buy Blu-ray.So save yourself lugging in your stock and sell online.
