They were great to start with but hassled me when I had a medical certificate still made appointments for me and after I called to tell them I have a medical certificate I got calls saying I missed appointment and when I called to remind them they weren’t very nice. I will be glad to not have to deal with them.

Absolutely terrible, don't know any regulations, was supposed to have study exemptions but was always bounced back to centrelink being told they needed to grant exemptions in the end centrelink gave me their contact details to give service provider but they still didn't contact centrelink and continued to tell me I needed exemptions from centrelink asked if they had called names I had provided and had no idea what I was talking about. In the end yes they grant study exemptions not centrelink. Then when needing to upgrade study plan called two weeks before it was due waited on call back with no return call and had to repeatedly call to sort out. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Constantly got me jobs that I wasn't suited to wanted to work in warehousing they got me a job with dominos as a delivery driver I was in my 40s ended up getting my own job harrasssed me for payslips told them no and then exited me without a word hate these places.
