Only one guy working there at the moment. Felt very reluctant but OMG this guy knows what he is doing when it comes to wash and blow wave. I have got very difficult hair (long, curly and dry) and he gave me a perfect blow wave and very quickly too. Not sure about other services but recommended for a quick but well done blow wave

I come here for my cuts for the last 2 years. The new girl that works in this shop is very rude and arrogant. I met with her the first time and she was very rude. I asked her a very simple question, whether she had any free slots available to cut my hair. She abruptly gave me attitude and said I have to make an appointment, and when I asked to set one, she turned me down and said there's nothing. Almost as though she did not want to cut my hair. This has happened to me twice already and quite frankly I do not want to come back.

The dude didnt even listen to what i told him. He just cut it like how he wanted or whatever and he keeps talkin back. Not so good.

I visited this salon for the first time today to get my hair bleached platinum & silver toned. I'd left my regrowth for a little too long so was slightly concerned about 'banding' and therefore, taking a punt on a salon I didn't know. Fortunately, I made the right call. I saw Fanny - she's a personable, hard-working and highly-skilled colorist who really knows her stuff. The results are fantastic so I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend this salon to others.

Hi,I just went to get assess and decide about price for shiseido hair straightening, the lady came to assess my hair was behaving as if she has never seen a hair. She doesn’t even know how to deal with a customer. If I have a pin straight hair, I don’t need to think about hair straightening.These kind of people will spoil the name of orange. She gave me a quote , but I thought, I will pay money for someone who knows to deal with a customer and do their job.

Service has drastically plunged. The past hairdressers there were very friendly and attentive. Made an appointment 25/09. Walked in and wasn't greeted or acknowledged so we just sat down to wait. 15 mins goes by past our appointment time without a single word from the only guy working there. He's still clearly working a half head of dye on a customer and clearly running behind. Tried to say hello a few times before he finally acknowledge our presence. The only interaction I received was 'hi, we've got an appointment at 1?' - 'I know'. And that was it. Would've had more patience if the hairdresser would have at least acknowledged we were here/greeted and to give an approx. time on how much longer it'll be. It's just extremely rude to not even give a time frame. After this interaction, we just left since clearly he didn't care.

I got a haircut with the male who is the only one working there now. He might not have much experience with more complex female cuts- he said I couldn't have layers in long hair... He also thinned my hair so far, I'll now need to cut maybe 3inches off as my ends are so sparse and ratty. I was changed $70! He did do a great hair wash and the products were nice. Overall I would only go back for a wash and dry off..
