Went to Bras n things to get a gift card for my daughters birthday. Lots of very nice lingerie to choose from. Dam sure she will find something very nice to wear. The lady at the desk was very helpful. I think my other daughter will get the same on her birthday.

Went in today to get some lingerie for my wedding night and honeymoon and got the lovely Laura. She was absolutely amazing. Helped so much and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Workers need a reality check. I walk in with two other friends and immediately staff accuse us of being in the store earlier stating we shoplifted. We rarely visit this store and found it appalling to be accused of such a horrendous act. We told the workers we had not been in the store previously and this was our first time visiting that day. They said they would possibly have to tell us to leave which was ridiculous. My friend wanted to try on a bra but not without the worker standing outside the dressing room the entire time and checking that the garments she entered the changing room with were back on the hangers. Despite this we purchased $200 worth of merchandise which we all wish we didn’t looking back on the experience. We just found the actions of the workers disgusting and not up to standard. We even told the workers to check the cameras and to see we were not the people they thought we were. We have been greatly disappointed by the lack of comforting workers while shopping for things that young girls find difficult to shop about. We wish we never spent our money here and spent it at a place that is more positive.

In-store range is absolutely amazing! Staff have great knowledge of their products, are so much fun to chat with and make sure everything is comfortable. Never been pressured into buying something I didn't want.

I cannot praise Abbey enough. She was so friendly and helpful despite being busy because she was the only member of staff in the store that day. Brilliant range and brilliant service. Thank you.

I rarely shop for myself as I am in between sizes and have anxiety going shopping. I have also never been able to wear a pretty bra. I can’t remember their names but there was a girl there in particular that made me feel so wonderful shopping here. Had the best time and I think we were both excited every time I tried something new on. Absolutely 10/10 for customer service - will definitely be back!
